“试误说”在临床护生配药考核中的应用分析

Analysis of "trial- and- error" application in the assessment of clinical nurses dispensing

目的:通过"尝试-错误"过程,使实习护生形成在配药操作情境与无菌操作、三查八对等反应联结,让护生形成良好的核对动作表象,培养和规范核对习惯,保证配药安全,提高临床分析和解决问题能力。方法:采用模拟临床工作情景,应用"试误说"方法对某三级甲等医院护理实习生181名进行配药操作考核,对考核结果进行分析。结果:在181名护生中,无菌操作不严格71名,没贴输液标签41名,配药剂量错误26名,没有规范三查八对36名,使用过期棉签20名。护生在不断"尝试-错误-再尝试"的过程中,建立配药操作和无菌技术、三查八对等反应的联结,配药操作准确、规范。结论:在临床护生配药考核中应用"试误说"可以有效促进护生规范三查八对,杜绝配药剂量错误、无菌物品过期等护理差错的发生,使护生具备规范化的护理操作技能,培养其发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Objective ： Internship＂ trial - error＂ process,in order to improve the nursing students form in dispensing operation situation and aseptic operation, three check eight peer response,check the action for nursing students to form good appearances, develop and standardize the check habits, to ensure the safe- ty of dispensing, improve clinical analysis and problem solving ability. Methods：By simulating clinical work,＂ trial -and -error＂ method was applied to a certain level of first -class hospital nursing internship 181 for dispensing operation assessment,the assessment results were analyzed. Results：in 181 escort, aseptic operation was not strict,there were 71 ,infusion labels don＇t have 41 ,there was no specification ＂for＂ three check eight of 36 ,et M. Nursing students in trying - error - try again,in the process of establishing dispensing operations and aseptic technique,the ＂ three eight＂ for reactions such as coupling, dis- pensing operations are accurate and specification. Conclusions ： Applied in the assessment of clinical nurses dispensing ＂ trial - and - error＂ can effectively promote the ＂ three check of eight＂ and standardization of nursing students,put an end to dose dispensing error,the occurrence of nursing errors of sterile i- tems expire, nursing students with standardized nursing skills ,to cultivate the found problems, the ability to analyze and solve problems.
