Legal Protection of Biological Genetic Resources from the Perspective of International Human Rights

国际法的各个领域之间有着千丝万缕的联系,从不同的角度分析问题有利于思路的拓宽和问题的解决。国际人权与生物遗传资源的法律保护既有矛盾又有共进之处,应当明晰二者的关系,建立合理有效的法律保护制度,平衡调和二者的矛盾冲突,实现人权与生物遗传资源最大化的同步保护。

There are countless connections each field of international law, and it is helpful for the expanding and solution of problems from the different angle to analyze problems. Legal pro- tection of international human rights and the biological genetic resources are contradictory and at the same time have some in common to place, so it should make clear the relationship between them, establish a reasonable and effective legal protection system, balance and reconcile the conflict between the two, to realize the maximum synchronized protection of human fights and biological genetic resources.
