摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。高校应通过严格辅导员的准入制度、明晰工作内容、加强教育培训、提供科研平台、帮助他们参与实践等方法和途径,加强辅导员队伍建设。
College counselors are the backbone of Ideological and political education of college students. Colleges and universities should through rigid instructor access system of counselors, clear job content, strengthening education training, providing scientific research platform, help them to participate in the practice, to strengthen the construction of counselor team.
