摘要
高职院校国际化师资队伍建设是全球化背景下高职院校应对高等教育国际化的必然策略,本文以义乌工商职业技术学院师资队伍建设为个案进行策略分析,并通过中外高校教师管理历史的对比提出如何建设一支适应教育全球化的国际化高职师资队伍,从而提升高职院校的竞争力,更为社会培养优秀的国际化人才。
the internationalized teaching staff construction of higher vocational colleges is the inevitable strategy that higher vocational colleges deal with internationalization of higher education under the background of globalization. This paper makes strategy analysis with the construction of teaching staff of Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College as a case, and puts forward how to con- struct an internationalized higher vocational teaching staff adapt to the globalization of education internationalization through the comparison of the history of teacher management in institutions of higher learning in China and foreign countries, so as to enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and cultivate international outstanding internationalized talents for society.
