摘要 本文介绍了国内外分隔壁精馏塔节能技术的研究进展,基于对相关专利的检索和统计,分析了国内外的专利申请趋势、重要申请人、专利技术的发展方向,为分隔壁精馏塔技术的研究和中国申请人申请专利提供参考。目前,由于能源紧缺,各国都在积极研究分隔壁精馏塔技术,德国是该领域专利申请数量最多的国家,中国在该领域起步较晚,中国申请人应在提高科研能力的基础上重视专利布局,保护自身专利技术,提高全球竞争优势。 This paper introduces the research progress of dividing wall fractionating column energy saving technology at home and abroad, on the basis of retrieval and statistics of relevant patents, analyzes patent application trend at home and abroad, important applicants, the development direction of patent technology, development, provides a reference for the research of dividing wall fractionating column technology and Chinese applicants to apply for a patent. At present, due to the shortage of energy, various countries are actively researching the dividing wall fractionating column technology, among them Germany is the country with the largest num- ber of patent application in the field and China starts later in this field; Chinese applicants should pay attention to the patent layout based on improving the scientific research ability, protect their own patent technology, and enhance the global competitive advantage.
