This paper analyzes the environmental protection acts regulated by various countries and international organizations, then conducts analysis toward the impact of environmental protection act on infrared glass on the basis of the patent combing with the characteristics of glass field, and at the same time analyzes the way to improve technology in accordance with the environmental protection act.
