This paper,taking Doris＇ representative work as an example,interpreted Doris＇ feeling of＂the Other＂in her novels by combining them with the social,historical and cultural background of last century,and the author＇s life experience as well. It is the＂focusing on the Other＂and the writing that Doris＇ humanitarian could achieve artistic charm,which was featured with going through time and space,and crossing national borders.
