通过辨析价格违法和价格垄断之间的区别,解读价格违法和价格垄断的内涵和外延。更明晰地界定它们的概念,以供价格主管部门判定价格垄断时参考。
By differentiating illegal price and price monopoly, the paper interprets the connotation and extension of illegal price and price monopoly. More clearly defining their concepts provides reference for the department in charge of price to determine price monopoly.
