摘要 大学生骨干是在学校、教师与学生之间的桥梁和纽带。根据教育组织行为中的挫折与激励理论,要健全完善挫折教育网络,完善培养工作机制,培养和提高大学生骨干自我调适能力、心理适应能力及战胜挫折的能力,并建立目标导向、榜样示范、情感关怀、奖惩分明、激励相容的大学生骨干激励机制。 College student cadres are the bridge and link between the school, teachers and students. According to the frustration and incentive theory of education organizational behavior, we should do these as follows: First, we should perfect the frustration education network. Second, we need to improve the working mechanism of training. Third, we shall develop and improve the self-adjustment capability, mental fitness and ability to overcome setbacks of college student cadres. Last but not least, we still have to establish the college student cadres' incentives system of goal orientation, model demonstration, emotional care, rewards and punishments, incentive compatibility.
