The author points out that journalism personnel training of universities and colleges should establish profession consciousness, focusing on the construction of students＇ core competitiveness, taking students＇ multi-media technology proficiency as the basic requirement to meet, improving students＇ multi-media content integration capacity, and seeing the training of students＇ inter-personal communication ability as the essential goal.
