Distribution system reliability evaluation model considering the influence of external factors

摘要 对基于两态天气模型的配电系统可靠性评估模型进行了拓展,重点研究了雷击、台风、外力、鸟害等自然灾害对配电系统元件可靠性参数的影响,并给出了各种灾害影响下元件的故障率计算公式。最后,通过海盐配电网评估实例证明了模型的有效性,结果显示系统元件可靠性参数受外部环境的影响极大。 The distribution system reliability evaluation model was developed based on the two-state weather model. The effects of natural disasters like lightning,typhoon,external force and birds trouble on the distribution system component reliability parameters were researched implemented. The calculation formula for the failure rate of components under the influence of various disasters was given. Finally,the reliability evaluation instance of Haiyan distribution network proved the validity of the model. The result showed that the component reliability parameters were influenced by the external environment greatly.
