摘要
20世纪以后,蛋品在我国出口贸易中所占比例增长迅速,成为仅次于丝、茶的第三大出口商品,近代蛋品加工业亦随之兴起,并催生了国内蛋业市场。但由于养殖技术落后、政府扶持缺位、外商贸易垄断、国际市场竞争等原因,作为出口大宗的蛋品贸易并未能带动农村养殖副业产业化,也未能给农民带来实在利益,而且在国际市场竞争中亦日趋没落。蛋业发展脉络及特征集中反映了近代农副产业种类杂而不专、数量多而不优、经营散而不聚等一系列问题。
After the 20 th century,the export of egg products increased rapidly and ranked the third in export commodities only after silk and tea,giving rise to the egg industry market in China. However,the large amount of trade of egg products failed to drive the cultivation in the suburban areas and therefore failed to bring actual benefits to farmers due to certain reasons. The development and features of egg industry reflected a series of questions of modern agricultural and subsidiary industries.
