摘要
为设计一种小型爆炸螺栓,基于要求,采用电发火组件→隔离机构→雷管组件的传火序列,并解决了尾部漏气的问题;静态性能试验表明该设计达到了可靠解锁分离的目的,满足了要求。
In order to design a small explosive bolt, based on requirement, the low explosive train including electric ignition assembly, insulation mechanism and detonator was adopted, which solve the gas leakage of tail. The static performance test indicated the design can realize release and separation reliably, and meet the requirement.
