分析网络环境下医院读者服务需求的特点,以大连医科大学附属第一医院为例,探讨创新、改进读者服务工作的措施,包括持续更新馆藏资源、整合文献信息资源、开展培训、实时参考咨询、学科化服务、定题服务、推送服务、远程访问等方面。
The paper analyzes the demands characteristics of the hospital Hospital of Dalian Medical University as an example, the paper discusses the readers in network environment, taking the First Affiliated of innovating and improving reader service work, including updating collection resources continuously, integrating literature information resources, carrying out training, real time consuhing, subject service, selective dissemination services, push service, remote access, etc.
