摘要
本文详细阐述了处理“胜利1”油轮海损事故的整个过程,重点论述了防污染技术措施的应用,总结了防止油轮造成事故性污染的成功经验,并提出了建设性的意见,为今后处理类似事件提供了参考和借鉴。
The article discribes the whole processing procedure of the accidant of‘SHENGLI 1’ oil tanker in details with the stress on the application of pol-lution prevent techniques.It summarizes the successful expierence in pre-venting accidental pollution caused by oil tankers and makes some construc-tive suggestions.There is much in this paper that can be used for resambleaffairs in the future.
