摘要
目的双利奈唑胺(1)的合成与分析。方法以利奈唑胺中间体叠氮化合物(2)为原料,经钯碳催化氢化和随后的吡啶催化的乙酰化制得双利奈唑胺(1)。结果 1的结构经1H-NMR和ESI-MS确认,并对其进行了HPLC分析。结论合成得到了目标化合物1,可为利奈唑胺的杂质研究提供可靠数据。
Objective The synthesize and analyzed of bis-linezolid. Methods Linezolid is synthesized from the intermediate azide R-N-(4-morpholinyl-3-fluorophenyl)2-oxo-5-oxazolidinyl-methyl azede(2), (2) is reduced to its corresponding amine by HjPd-C, and then acetylation by pyridine to high levels of bis-linezolid(1). Results The structures were confirmed by IH-NMR and ESI-MS, and analyzed with HPLC. Conclusion To obtained the target compound, and provides a reliable parameters to study linezolid impurity.
