摘要
目的 比较研究了阿奇霉素泡囊(AMNS)和阿奇霉素(AM)在昆明小鼠体内的组织分布.方法 采用HPLC法测定不同时间点各组织中药物浓度,评价2种制剂的组织分布特征.结果 AM在各组织中的萃取回收率为80.64%~91.28%,方法回收率为97.00%~99.64%,日内、日间RSD符合方法学要求.组织分布结果表明,AMNS主要分布在肺组织中,其次是肝和脾、肾、心,血浆中分布最少.结论 AMNS改变了药物在体内的组织分布,使药物特定分布于肺组织.
Objective To study the tissue distribution of AMNS and AM in Kunming mice. Methods Drug concentration in tissue at different time points was determined by HPLC method after vein injection. Results The extraction recoveries were 80.64%-91.28% and the method recoveries were 97.00%-99.64%, with the intra-day and inter-day RSD in accordance with methodological requirements. AMNS was mainly distributed in lung, less in spleen and liver, kidney and heart, and least in blood. Conclusion AMNS altered tissue distribution of the drug in the body and distributed in the lung tissue specifically.
