摘要
为了分析柔丝蛋白改性纤维和蚕蛹蛋白改性纤维的性能差别,对两种纤维的结构进行比较。结果表明:两种蛋白质改性纤维素纤维都具有与普通粘胶纤维相似的外观形态,但蚕蛹蛋白改性纤维的皮芯结构较柔丝蛋白改性纤维更明显;蚕蛹蛋白改性纤维的结晶度和取向度均大于柔丝蛋白改性纤维;柔丝蛋白改性纤维中含有多种微量的金属元素。认为:柔丝蛋白改性纤维中的硼、铝、钠、锌、铜等元素的存在使其具有一定的保健功能。
In order to analyze the property difference between Rousi protein modified fiber and pupa protein modified fiber,structures of the two fibers were compared.The result shows that the two protein modified cellulose fibers morphology are similar with viscose fibers,but skin-core structure of pupa protein modified fiber is more obvious than the Rousi protein modified fiber.Crystallization and orientation degree of pupa protein fiber were larger than Rousi protein modified fiber.A variety of trace metal elements are contained in Rousi protein modified fiber.It is considered that boron,aluminum,sodium,zinc,copper and other elements presence in Rousi protein modified fiber make it has certain health functions.
