摘要
为了提高精梳机的适纺性,根据精梳机给棉机构的工作原理,作出了机构的运动简图,并建立了运动数学模型,分别对棉型化纤及低品级原棉精梳时的牵伸、给棉工艺及结构参数进行了讨论。结果显示:棘爪工作长度为28 mm,棘爪在上钳板结合件上的铰接点与上、下钳板结合件铰接点之间的距离为42 mm,棘轮回转中心与上、下钳板结合件铰接点之间的距离为40.5 mm时,前进给棉机构适纺棉型化纤;而棘爪工作长度为39 mm,棘爪在上钳板结合件上的铰接点与上、下钳板结合件铰接点之间的距离为42 mm,棘轮回转中心与上、下钳板结合件铰接点之间的距离为52.8 mm时,前进给棉机构适纺低品级原棉。认为:采用的设计方法及结果,可作为新型高适纺性精梳机研发的理论依据。
In order to improve the spinnability of carding machine,machine movement schematic diagram was drew according to cotton feeding working principle of carding machine.Movement mathematical model was established.Drafting,cotton feeding technology and structure parameter for the carding of cotton-type chemical fiber and raw cotton with lower quality were separately discussed.The result shows that forward feeding unit is suitable for cotton-type chemical fiber when the pawl working length is 28 mm,gauge between hinged joint of pawl in upper nipper connector and connector joint of upper and below nippers is 42 mm,distance between gyration center of ratchet wheel and connector joint of upper and below nippers is 40.5 mm.Forward feeding unit is fit raw cotton with lower quality when the pawl working length is 39 mm,gauge between hinged joint of pawl in upper nipper connector and connector joint of upper and below nippers is 42 mm,distance between gyration center of ratchet wheel and connector joint of upper and below nippers is 52.8 mm.Therefore,it is considered that the design method adopted and results can be taken as the theoretical foundation of new type carding machine development with high spinnability.
