摘要
探讨四罗拉负压式集聚纺风道设计与应用效果。针对目前纺织厂广泛应用的三种四罗拉集聚纺的风道设计方案进行了对比分析,并在纯棉和涤棉两个品种上进行了实际纺纱对比试验,对三种不同的集聚纺风道系统的负压差、能耗和成纱质量进行了对比分析,指出了各方案实际应用中的优缺点。认为:采用截面尺寸合理的双主风道、单独的次风道和二级风道的设计方案有利于减小车头车尾负压差,降低能耗,改善成纱质量。实际生产中应根据不同风道系统的结构特点,采取相应的维护措施。在一定范围内,负压对不同品种成纱质量影响有所不同。纯棉品种,负压越大,成纱质量越好;涤棉混纺纱,负压越高,纱线强力、条干越好,毛羽稍差。
Design and application effect of four-roller compact spinning air duct were discussed.Its air duct designing scheme were compared with three kinds of four-roller compact spinning air duct which were widely used in textile factories at present.At the same time,practical spinning comparison tests of two varieties as pure cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn were conducted.Negative pressure difference,energy consumption and yarn quality of 3 kinds of different compact spinning air dust system were contrasted and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme in practical application were pointed out.It is considered that the design scheme using double main air dust with reasonable sectional dimension,single sub air dust and second grade air dust is beneficial for the decrease of negative pressure difference between front and end of machine,energy consumption can be reduced and yarn quality is better.In practical production,corresponding maintenance measures should be adopted according to the structure properties of different air dust systems.In certain range,influences of negative pressure on yarn quality of different yams are different.For pure cotton yarn,the higher negative pressure is,the better yam quality is.However,for polyester cotton blended yam,the higher negative pressure is,the better the yam strength and evenness is,the worse the hairiness is.
