基于ERP实训的“现代企业管理”课程创新创业教学实践

Teaching practice of innovation and entrepreneurship for“Modem Business Management”course base on ERP training

针对"现代企业管理"课程教学中学生缺乏实践平台、对学生创新创业能力培养不足的问题,在总结ERP沙盘教学特点和分析传统教学模式弊端的基础上,从创新创业视角,设计了基于ERP沙盘实战模拟的"现代企业管理"教学模式。结果显示,可有效提升学生创新意识和创业能力。

To solve the problem of lack of practical platform and innovation and entrepreneurship training in the“Modern Enterprise Management”course teaching,on the basis of summarizing ERP sandbox teaching characteristics and analyzing the drawbacks of traditional teaching model,a new teaching mode from the per-spective of innovation and entrepreneurship for the“Modern Enterprise Management”course based ERP sand-box simulation. The results show that the new teaching model can effectively enhance students＇ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
