B超结合血激素检测在人工授精卵泡监测中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨B超结合血激素检测在人工授精卵泡监测中的应用价值。方法:选取唐山市妇幼保健院生殖遗传科实施人工授精术的750例患者进行回顾性分析。分为3组,A组为单纯B超检测267例,B组为单纯检测血激素组189例;C组为B超结合血激素检测294例。比较排卵率、再次IUI率以及妊娠率。结果:C组的排卵率及妊娠率均高于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组的再次IUI率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超结合血激素检测有利于成熟卵泡的获得,从而提高人工授精的妊娠率。
