循环microRNA作为潜在肿瘤标记物在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度为18~22个核糖核苷酸的非编码内源性小单链RNAs,由Lee RC等〔1〕在1993年对秀丽新小杆线虫进行突变体的遗传分析中首次发现。miRNA通过干扰mRNA的翻译,在转录后水平调节基因表达,调控蛋白质的合成在多种生理和病理过程中发挥作用,如细胞周期、细胞凋亡、细胞分化调控、生物体发育时序等。
