胸主动脉钝性损伤的处理 被引量：1

摘要 胸主动脉钝性损伤（blunt thoracic aortic injury，BTAI）虽然不常见，但可引起灾难性的致命结果。BTAI常与快速减速伤有关，是减速伤导致死亡的第二位原因，在北美每年约8000人因BTAI死亡，大多数因交通事故所致，占交通事故死亡病人的80%［1］。
