摘要
在污泥陶粒生产中,通过将预热温度和烧成温度快速转换的方法,可以调整陶粒的膨胀性。适当添加污泥百分比,可以降低陶粒的烧成温度,从而达到降低能耗的目的。在实际生产中,污泥烧制陶粒的最佳方案:污泥6%,膨润土24%,黄土70%,预热温度350℃和烧成温度1135℃。
In the sludge ceramisite production, through the method of preheating temperature and sintering temperature fast conversion, we can adjust the expansibility of ceramsite. Add tbe percentage of sludge appropriately, we can reduce the ceramisite calcination temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption. In the actual production, the optimal scheme of sludge sintering ceramsite: sludge 6%, bentonite 24%, loess70%, the preheating temperature is 350℃ and the sintefing temperature is 1135℃.
