摘要
目的探讨独立学院与普通高校大学生坚韧性人格的差异。方法采用分层整群抽样法,抽取592名学生,用自制的大学生坚韧性人格量表进行测试。结果 2类学校的大学生在大学生坚韧性人格量表的成长、乐观、自强、主动4个维度上存在显著差异;独立学院和普通高校大学生的性别主效应之多变量显著性检验分别为Wilksλ=0.972(F=5.626,P<0.01),Wilksλ=0.768(F=12.252,P<0.01),均达到显著水平;独立学院和普通高校大学生的学科主效应之多变量显著性检验分别为Wilksλ=0.956(F=7.942,P<0.01),Wilksλ=0.714(F=16.221,P<0.01),均达到显著水平。结论独立学院与普通高校大学生坚韧性人格在某些方面存在差异,具有不同特点。
Objective To discuss differences in the resilient personality between students of independent colleges and average universities.Method To draw 592 college students through stratified group sampling and test them with the self-designed college students resilience personality scale.Results The college students of the two types of schools showed marked differences in the four dimensions of the resilient personality scale,namely growth,optimism,self-improvement,and initiative-taking.The multivariable significance testing of the main gender effect of the students of independent colleges and average universities were Wilks'λ=0.972(F=5.626,P〈0.01)and Wilks'λ=0.768(F=12.252,P〈0.01)respectively,both reaching significant level.And the multivariable significance testing of the main subject effect of the students of independent colleges and average universities were Wilks'λ=0.956(F=7.942,P〈0.01)and Wilks'λ=0.714(F=16.221,P〈0.01)respectively,again both reaching significant level.Conclusion There are differences and varied features in certain aspects of the resilient personality between students of independent colleges and average universities.
