社区健康教育结合氟化泡沫对幼儿防龋的效果分析

The Effect Analyses of the Combination of Community Health Education and Fluoride Foam for Children's Caries Prevention

目的探讨社区健康教育结合氟化泡沫对幼儿防龋效果的影响。方法抽取10所幼儿园3～6岁儿童1 000名,随机分为观察组和对照组,各500名;观察组进行口腔健康知识教育并采用氟化泡沫防龋,对照组采用氟化泡沫防龋。观察2组儿童的龋齿发病情况。结果干预后2组的患龋率均有所降低,对照组患龋率由48.2%降至45.8%,观察组的患龋率由45.6%降至33.8%,但观察组下降更明显,且观察组的患龋率明显低于对照组（χ^2=15.025,P〈0.01）。结论通过口腔健康知识宣教可以培养儿童良好的口腔卫生习惯,结合氟化物防龋技术,可以起到更好的防龋效果。

Objective To explore the effect of the combination of community health education and fluoride foam for children＇s caries prevention. Method Selected 1 000 children between the ages of 3～6 from 10 kindergar tens, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group with 500 children respectively. The observation group held oral health education and adopted fluoride foam for caries prevention, while the control group merely used fluoride foam for caries prevention. Observe the incidence of dental caries among the two groups. Results The rate of dental caries declined among both of the two groups after intervention. The dental caries rate of control group decreased from 48.2% to 45.8%, and the rate of observation group dropped from 45.6% to 33.8%, but the downtrend of observation group was more obvious with much lower rate of dental caries compared with control group （X^2 15.025,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Children＇s good oral hygiene habits can be cultivated through oral health education. The combination with fluoride foam could lead to better anti- caries effect.
