中西医结合治疗儿童腹泻型肠易激综合征64例

Sixty-four children's diarrheas irritable bowel syndrome treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的 :研究培菲康加参苓白术散对小儿肠易激结合征的疗效。方法 :将 64例儿童腹泻型肠易激结合征患者随机分为 2组。对照组 30例单独应用培菲康 ,治疗组 34例应用培菲康加参苓白术散 ,均治疗 4周 ,随访 1年并比较两组的疗效。结果 :治疗组的显效率和有效率均高于对照组 ,但无统计学意义 ;对照组复发率明显高于治疗组 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论

Objective: It is to study the curative effect of Shenlingbaizhusan decoction combined with Bifico on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods: Sixty?four patients with IBS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirth?four patients in the treatment group were treated with Bifico and Shenlingbaizhusan,thirty patients in the control group were only treated with Bifico.They were treated for four weeks and followed up for one year. Results: Both significant rate and curative rate of treatment group were higner than that of control group, but they had no statistic significance.The relapse rate of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group and they had statistic significance. Conclusion: It is a more effective method to treat IBSwith integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
