摘要
以蒙脱土(MMT)协同有机次膦酸铝复配型阻燃剂制备新型无卤阻燃长玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料(FRLGFPA6)。采用氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)和锥形量热仪(Cone Calorimeter)测试研究MMT协同有机次膦酸铝复配型阻燃剂对LGFPA6阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:有机次膦酸铝复配型阻燃剂协同MMT可提高FRLGFPA6体系的阻燃性能,减缓FRLGFPA6的热降解速率,有效抑制烟毒产生以及减缓火灾增长;当MMT质量分数为2%时,体系的氧指数提高到34.2%,说明有机次膦酸铝复配型阻燃剂与MMT具有协同阻燃作用。
Long-glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6 composite (LGFPA6) were flame retarded with a free halogenic flame retardant (FRLGFPA6) system containing novel organophosphinate complexes as flame retardant synchronized with montmorilonite (MMT). The synergistic flame retarding effect of flame retardant and MMT on the flame retardancy was investigated by limit oxygen index ( LOI), vertical burning test (UL-94) and cone calorimeter. The results demonstrated that flammability of LGFPA6 composite was improved by novel organophosphinate complexes flame retardant in synchronizing MMT,so that retard the decomposition rate with suppressing effectively the production of smoke and toxic gas and slowing down fire growth. When the content of MMT was 2% , the LOI value of the system was raised to 34.2% ,indicating that synergistic effect on flammability was occurred between novel organophosphinate complexes as flame retardant and MMT.
