MPP与烷基次膦酸铝复配体系对尼龙6性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以自制的烷基次膦酸铝及其与三聚氰胺氰磷酸盐(MPP)复配体系对PA6进行阻燃改性,通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、力学性能和热分析等测试,研究了烷基次膦酸铝及其与MPP复配阻燃体系对PA6材料性能的影响。结果表明:自制的烷基次膦酸铝具有良好的阻燃效果,当质量分数为15%时,可以达到UL94V-0级别,氧指数为32.5%,力学性能较好;而与MPP复配改性的阻燃PA6没有表现出良好的阻燃协同效应,材料的综合性能随着MPP含量的增加而呈下降趋势,可考虑加入一些凝聚相阻燃剂促进材料成炭以获得优异的阻燃效果,为工业应用提供了一定的理论实验依据。 A self-made aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet and its compound with MPP were used as the flame retardant in polyamide 6 ( PA6). The effect of aluminium dialkyl phosphinate and the compound flame retardant system on flame retardancy and mechanical performance of PA6 was investigated by limited oxygen index (LOI) method, vertical burning test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and mechanical tests. The result demonstrated that self-made aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet showed good flame retardancy. When the addition of aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet was 15% , the flame retarded PA6 reached UL94V-0 level and the LOI of composite was 32.5% ,remaining good mechanical properties. However, PA6 flame retarded by the compound flame retardant system did not show good flame retardant effect and the comprehensive properties of the material decreased with the increase of MPP content, suggesting that self-made aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet and MPP did not show good synergistic effect. From these results, one could consider addition of some condensed phase flame retardant to the selfmade aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet,to promote the production of barrier layer,for the aim to achieve excellent flame retardant effect,which would provide some theoretical guidelines for industrial applications.
