摘要 应用黏性流体有限元数值模拟计算的方法,研究了Buss机内物料流场分布特征,分析了螺杆往复运动特征参数及销钉排数等对Buss机螺杆几何构型的影响,以及由此所造成物料微元所经历的最大拉伸长度分布和最大剪切应力分布的变化,从而揭示了往复式单螺杆销钉挤出机往复运动特征参数及销钉排数对高聚物熔体分布和分散混合性能的影响规律。 The flow field characters were described by a commercial FEM code package named Polyflow. The effects of the ratio of the rotation frequency to reciprocation frequency, the reciprocating stroke and the number of the row of pins on the screw configuration were analyzed. Furthermore, the variation of the elongation intensity and shear stress imposed on the material caused by the change of the screw configuration was also explained. Thus, the effects of the screw reciprocation and the pin arrangement on the mixing performance of the Buss Kneader were clarified.
