钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗小腿寻常性银屑病临床疗效观察

The efficacy of calcipotriol betamethasone on lower legs' psoriasis vulgaris

目的通过与达力士(卡泊三醇软膏)对比,了解得肤宝(钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏)治疗小腿顽固性寻常性银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法首先对200例银屑病患者病变小腿给予得肤宝外用治疗2周(第1疗程),然后将两侧小腿分别作为试验侧和对照侧,试验侧给予达力士治疗2周,对照侧给予得肤宝治疗2周(第2疗程)。在治疗前和第2疗程后,采用银屑病皮损面积严重度指数(PASI)评估治疗效果。结果最终获得149例有效数据,得肤宝组疗效明显优于达力士组(t=7.2545,P<0.0001),不良反应(瘙痒、皮损、皮肤烧灼等)两组无明显差异。结论得肤宝治疗小腿顽固性寻常性银屑病有较好的临床疗效和安全性。

ObjectiveTo observe the efifcacy and safety of calcipotriol betamethasone in the treatment of refractory psoriasis vulgaris in lower legs.MethodsTwo hundred psoriatic patients were recruited and the lesions in their lower legs were treated with calcipotriol betamethasone for two weeks as the ifrst course, then one leg was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone and the other one treated with calcipotriol （control） for another two weeks as the second course. Photos were taken before the treatment and after the second course. The efficacy of the treatment was assessed by PASI.ResultsThe 149 valid data showed that the efficacy of calcipotriol betamethasone treatment group was better than that of control group which dealed with calcipotriol （t=7.2545,P＆lt;0.0001）. The adverse effects （itching, rash, and burning） were comparative between the two groups.ConclusionIt is more effective to treat refractory psoriasis vulgaris with calcipotriol betamethasone than calcipotriol.
