五味消毒饮联合仙方活命饮治疗重度痤疮临床观察

The clinical observation of Wuweixiaoduyin combined with Xianfanghuomingyin in the treatment of severe acne

目的探讨五味消毒饮联合仙方活命饮治疗寻常性重度痤疮的临床有效性及安全性。方法将门诊寻常性重度痤疮患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为试验组30例,给予中药五味消毒饮联合仙方活命饮加减方口服。对照组30例,给予米诺环素胶囊口服,2组均外用玫芦消痤膏,疗程6周。结果试验组痊愈率66.7%,显效率23.3%;对照组痊愈率60%,显效率23.3%;两组痊愈率、有效率均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论五味消毒饮联合仙方活命饮治疗寻常性重度痤疮有较好的临床疗效和安全性。

ObjectiveTo discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of Wuweixiaoduyin combined with Xianfanghuomingyin in the treatment of severe acne vulgaris.MethodsSevere acne vulgaris patients attending our clinic were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, then Chinese medicine Wuweixiaoduyin and Xianfanghuomingyin were given orally to the patients in the treatment group, and minocycline capsules were prescribed to the cases in the control group, meanwhile all the patients in the two groups were given Meiluxiaocuo cream topically. The course of treatment lasted for 6 weeks.ResultsThe cure rate of the treatment group and the control group was 66.7% and 60% respectively, and the effective rate of the two groups was the same 23.3%, there was no signiifcant difference between the two groups （P＆gt;0.05）.ConclusionChinese medicine Wuweixiaoduyin combined with Xianfanghuomingyin showed well therapeutic effect and safety in the treatment of severe acne vulgaris.
