摘要
目的 :探讨健身宝 (JSB)延缓衰老模型小鼠衰老的机制。方法 :将 60只小鼠随机分为 6组 ,除正常对照组外均皮下注射D -半乳糖造成衰老模型 ,并给予不同剂量的JSB和金匮肾气丸治疗 ,用放射免疫法测定各组小鼠治疗前后血清中IL - 2和IL - 6的活性。结果 :衰老模型组IL - 2活性明显低于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,IL - 6活性明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。JSB各剂量组IL - 2活性均高于衰老模型组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其IL - 6的异常升高也受到抑制(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :JSB可提高衰老模型小鼠血清中IL - 2活性 ,抑制IL - 6的异常升高 ,从而增强免疫功能 ,起到延缓衰老作用。
Objective: It is to explore the mechanism of Jianshenbao (JSB) on delaying senility of aged mobel mice. Methods: sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups. They were treated with D?galactose for aged model mice except control group, then they were treated with JSB and Jin Guishenqi?wan. The activities of IL-2 and IL-6 in serum of sixty mice were determined with radioimmunoassay (RIA) technique and compared before and after treat?ment. Results: Significantly, the activity of IL-2 was lower and the activity of IL-6 was higher in aged model group than that in control group ( P <0.01). Compared with aged model group, the activities of IL-2 were higher ( P <0.01) and the activities of IL-6 were significantly inhibited in JSB dose group, JSB low dows group and JSB high dose group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: JSB can increase IL-2, inhibit IL-6, and delay the senility, these functions maybe related with immunoregulation of JSB.
