2型糖尿病大血管并发症的危险因素 被引量:1

摘要 中国已成为世界上糖尿病患者最多的国家之一[1],据上海瑞金医院全国糖尿病流行病学调查显示,2010年中国18岁以上人群糖尿病患者已超过1.13亿,糖尿病前期患者近5亿。与2007年相比,糖尿病患病率增加了20%(9.7%~11.6%)、糖尿病前期患病率增加了22.3%(15.5%~50.1%),并呈不断上升的趋势[2-3]。糖尿病大血管并发症是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要病因,早期均无明显特异性症状,因此,早期筛查不仅有助于初级预防,也有助于其二级预防。糖尿病大血管病变的传统危险因素有尿酸增高、糖化血红蛋白升高、肥胖、家族史、胰岛素抵抗、高血压、年龄和缺乏锻炼等。近年来,国内外专家不断探索2型糖尿病( T2DM)大血管病变早期预警标志物,笔者就近年来研究进展综述如下。
