摘要
本文介绍了反式脂肪酸的膳食来源以及对人体可能产生的危害,并且通过对国内外食品中反式脂肪酸标准的现状进行分析,提出了针对我国食品中反式脂肪酸的标准建设与安全监管的建议。
This paper mainly introduced the dietary sources of trans fatty acid and their hazards to human health, analyzed the present standards of trans fatty acids in food at Home and Abroad, and then proposes some suggestions for the standards development and food safety supervision of trans fatty acid in food in China.
