OPC技术在矿井排水监测系统中的应用研究

摘要 现代化工业控制采用综合自动化监控系统,但各子系统间信息不能互通,造成"信息化孤岛"现象。OPC技术为监控中心和工业现场底层设备提供一种标准的通信机制。本文介绍了一种将OPC技术应用到排水系统的方案,介绍了OPC通信技术的实现方法,描述了数据采集服务器和组态软件客户端的配置与部署,分析了OPC服务器与客户端之间的数据传输,使系统可以实现可靠的数据传输并实时反映现场设备的工作状况,最终能够提高工业自动化监控水平。 Modem industrial control uses integrated automation monitoring system, but the informa- tion can not be exchanged between the subsystems, resulting in the "information island" phenomenon. OPC technology provides a standard communication mechanism for the monitoring center and industrial plant floor devices. Upper software client can get data from OPC servers of different hard- ware vendors as long as follows OPC interface specification so that system can be truly integrated and interoperable. This article describes a program that OPC technology is applied to the drainage sys- tem, introduces the implementation of the OPC communication technology, describes the configura- tion and deployn^ent of data acquisition server and configuration software client. Besides, the paper analyzes the data transmission between OPC server and the client in order that the system can a- chieve reliable data transmission and real - time reflection of the working conditions of field devices, ultimately improving the level of industrial automation monitoring and ensuring the smooth production.
