糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者血清铁蛋白水平的改变及其临床意义 被引量:4

The change of the serum ferritin in T2DM patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder and its clinical value

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化及两者的相关性。方法选取单纯T2DM患者(T2DM组),DNB患者(DNB组)和正常对照(NC组)者,各30例,采用化学发光法测定SF水平。结果DNB组和T2DM组SF水平均高于NC组,且DNB组高于T2DM组[(689.75±67.31)vs(498.98±49.76)vs(278.15±38.65)ng/ml,P<0.01]。SF水平与TC、TG、HbA1c水平均呈正相关(r=0.48、0.42、0.57,P均<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析显示,DNB与病程、年龄、SBP、HbA1c、FIns、TC及SF呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 SF的升高与DNB的发生发展密切相关,可作为DNB的检测指标之一,为临床干预治疗提供理论依据。 Objective To observe changes of serum levels of ferritin in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic neurogenie bladder and its clinical value. Methods 30 patients without diabetic neurogenie bladder (T2DM group), 30 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB group) and 30 cases of normal control group were selected. Serum level of ferritin was measured by chemiluminescence method. Results The serum levels of ferritin was significantly higher in DNB group and T2DM group than in NC group,and higher in DNB group than in T2DM group[(689.75±67.31) vs (498.98±49.76) vs (278.15±38.65) ng/ml, P〈0.01]. Serum ferritin levels was positively correlated with cholesterol. triglyceride and glycosylated hemoglobin (r = 0.48, 0.42, 0.57, all P 〈 0.01 ). Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that DNB was positively correlated with course, age, SBP, HbA1 c, Fins, TC, SF (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The increase of serum ferritin level is closely related with the occurrence and development of diabetic neurogenic bladder, it can be used as one of indexes of diabetic neurogenic bladder,and provide theoretical basis for clinical intervention therapy.
