摘要
回顾性分析一例胰腺纤维钙化性糖尿病(FCPD)患者的临床资料及相关文献。反复腹痛、糖尿病,且腹部B超或CT证实有胰腺钙化、结石、胰管扩张者,应考虑FCPD可能。良好的血糖控制仍是FCPD治疗的基础。
To analyze the clinical information of one patient with fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes （FCPD） and the related references in the literature. FCPD should be considered when the patient have recurrent abdominal pain, diabetes mellitus and the abdominal CT or B-ultrasound finding of calcification of pancreas, pancreatic calculi or pancreatic duct dilatation. Glycemic control with insulin is still the basal treatment of FCPD.
