摘要
针对脉冲澄清池的运行现状和弊端,提出了将其改造为栅条絮凝/斜管沉淀池的两套不同方案,详细介绍了方案设计内容,并从运行效果、生产调度和经济性能等方面进行了分析和对比。分析结果说明方案一在以上各方面更有优势,在水厂工艺衔接、转换方式上更灵活,是值得推荐的改造方案。
According to the operation status and disadvantages of the pulse clarifier, two different schemes of reconstructing the pulse clarifier to a grid flocculation-tube settler were put forward. The con- tents of the schemes were introduced, and the schemes were analyzed and compared in terms of operation effect, production scheduling, economy and so on. The results revealed that scheme I had more advantages in such respects, and it had more flexible ways in the link of the production processes. The scheme I was recommended as the better reconstruction scheme.
