摘要
随着天津市华明经济功能区的逐步发展,其收水范围不断扩大,故需对该功能区综合废水处理厂进行提升改造。主要利用原有建(构)筑物,新建少量建(构)筑物,新增部分设备,改造部分设备间及构筑物,将废水处理量从原来的1 500 m3/d提升至5 000 m3/d。根据工程实际情况及废水排放的特点,改造工程采用气浮/厌氧/缺氧/好氧工艺。工程实施后运行效果明显,满足了对水量和水质的处理要求。
Along with the development of Huaming Economic Functional Area, the demand for wastewater treatment is increasing gradually, so the integrated wastewater treatment plant in the area must be upgraded and reconstructed. The project mainly used the existing structures, added a few structures and equipment and reconstructed part of equipment rooms and structures to increase the treatment capaci- ty from 1 500 m^3/d to 5 000 m^3/d. According to the actual conditions and characteristics of wastewater discharge, the project used the DAF/A/A/O processes. The optimized treatment system achieved an excellent operation effect, and satisfied the wastewater quantity and quality requirements.
