摘要
采用微电解/芬顿/水解酸化/接触氧化/絮凝沉淀工艺处理化学合成类制药废水,处理规模为150 m3/d。工程运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高,最终出水COD、BOD5、氨氮、SS分别低于70、20、15、40 mg/L,达到《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21904—2008)。
The combined process of micro-electrolysis, Fenton, hydrolysis acidification, contact oxidation and flocculation sedimentation was used to treat chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater. The treatment capacity was 150 m3/d. The actual operation results of the project showed that the com- bined process had high treatment efficiency and the effluent quality was stable. COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen and SS in the effluent were less than 70 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 15 mg/L and 40 mg/L respectively, which met the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Chemical Synthesis Products Category ( GB 21904 - 2008 ).
