微涡流絮凝沉淀/转盘滤池深度处理工业园区污水

Application of Combined Process of Micro-vortex Flocculating,Vertically Inclined-tube Settling and Rotary Filter to Advanced Treatment of Wastewater from an Industrial Park

摘要 湖南某工业园区污水处理厂设计规模为6×104m3/d,采用微涡流絮凝/立式斜板(管)沉淀和转盘滤池组合工艺作为深度处理工艺。详细介绍了工艺选型、设计及工程应用情况。实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺处理效果好,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。 The design capacity of WWTP in an industrial park in Hunan Province is 6×10^4 m^3/d. The combined process of micro-vortex flocculating, vertically inclined-tube settling and rotary filter is used as the advanced treatment process. The selection, design and operation of the combined process were introduced. The operation results showed that the treatment effect of the combined process was good, and the effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002).
