摘要
为提升超大规模风电基地的发电品质,设计基于万维网技术的风电监测系统。根据风电监测系统的需求,建立以浏览器/服务器架构为核心的多层结构;根据数据处理的特点设计系统的数据库结构和数据服务程序结构;实现对风电基地内主要设施的监测、信息检索和统计报表等功能。该监测系统在宏观上反映了整个风电基地的出力状况,在微观上反映了风电场乃至单个风力发电机的工作状态。
To gain high quality power from the very-large wind power base,a wind power monitoring system based on Web technology was presented.According to the requirements of the monitoring system,a multi-tier architecture which took the browser/server architecture as its kernel was built.The database structure and the structure of data service program were designed according to the features of data processing.Object monitoring,information querying,statistical reporting and other functions were supported.The system reflects not just the productivity of the wind power base from the macroscopic view,but the status of one power generator from a microcosmic view.
