摘要
采用汽轮机变工况热力计算,利用有限元方法计算某型号600 MW超临界机组汽轮机高中压转子在调峰运行下的主蒸汽温度发生大幅波动时的温度场、应力场,并得到转子应力集中部位的载荷谱,然后对该工况进行转子疲劳寿命分析。提出超临界机组直流锅炉汽温控制的要点,建议该类型机组在启动或调峰过程中加强运行操作培训,提高自动控制系统调节品质,将蒸汽温度、调节级温度以及中压缸进汽温度作为重点控制对象,严格控制温度变化率。
Using steam turbine variable working condition thermodynamic calculation and finite element method to calculate temperature field and stress field of HP-IP rotor of some 600 MW supercritical steam turbine when its main steam tempera-ture was fluctuating substantially in peaking operation. Meanwhile,load spectrum of concentrated part of rotor stress was obtained and fatigue life of the rotor under this working condition was analyzed. Control key points for steam temperature of concurrent boiler of supercritical unit were proposed and suggestions such as strengthening operation training in process of startup or peaking of this typed unit,improving regulatory performance of automatic control system,taking steam tempera-ture,regulatory temperature and inlet steam temperature of the intermediate pressure cylinder as key control objects and strictly controlling temperature changing rate were offered.
