摘要
笔者以经理互惠偏好这一独特视角为切入点,首先研究经理互惠偏好是否对经理心理契约形成产生促进作用,其次研究心理契约能否降低经理管理防御程度,最后通过建立结构方程模型就互惠偏好对于促进心理契约的形成与稳定发挥抑制经理管理防御动机的微观路径进行实证研究。研究结果表明:经理互惠偏好能够显著促进心理契约的形成与稳定;形成心理契约的稳定性能够有效降低经理管理防御程度,从而实现经理互惠偏好有效抑制经理管理防御水平,为提高公司治理效率提供理论依据。
Taking the unique perspective of reciprocity as the breakthrough point, firstly, the paper researcheswhether reciprocity preference of manager can help the pbrmation and stabilization of managers' psychological con-tract. Secondly, it explores whether managers' psychological contract can reduce the managerial entrenchment leveleffectively. Lastly, it also establishes structural equation model for empirical research on the effect of micro path,which restrains motivation of management entrenchment by promoting the formation and stability of psychologicalcontract. The results show that: managers' positive reciprocal preferences can promote the formation and stability ofmanager's positive psychological contract significantly, arid at the same time stable manager's psychological contractcan reduce the managerial entrenchment level effectively, and then, the paper realizes that the managers' reciprocalpreferences can reduce the management defense level effectively, and provides theoretical basis for improving theefficiency of corporate governance.
