在知识经济背景下,我国的电力企业应该打破传统的电力体制,注重人才的培养,提高企业的核心竞争力,从而在市场经济中占有一席之地。着重研究了知识经济背景下电力企业的人力资源管理,希望对提升电力企业的核心竞争力有所帮助。
