国网江西省电力公司柘林水电厂位于赣西北修河干流中游末端,枢纽工程由主坝、3座副坝、2条溢洪道、泄洪洞、引水系统、灌溉隧洞和取水闸、船筏道、2座发电厂房和开关站等建筑物组成。其中,一些基础设施,特别是安全防护设施和安全标志、标识不完善。就安全设施标准化设置实施过程中的难点、步骤和一些注意事项进行了探讨,仅供参考。
