随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食习惯的改变,能量、脂肪等逐渐过剩,导致我国心脑血管疾病的发病率迅速上升。调整膳食结构、改善饮食习惯对预防心脑血管疾病具有重要的意义。牛奶中的各营养成分对预防慢性疾病均具有一定的功效,因此,我们应该提高认识,有效利用牛奶的营养价值,从而远离心脑血管疾病,拥有强健的体魄。
