摘要
以东莞地区为例,简要分析了镇、村级公共图书馆与基层公共文化服务体系的关系,阐述了其在基层公共文化服务体系中的定位、作用和在其发展过程中存在的问题,并提出了相关的发展对策和建议。
Dongguan area as an example, a brief analysis of the relationship between the town and village public libraries and public cultural service system, explained its position in the public cultural service system, the role and presence in its development process issues and made a related development countermeasures and suggestions.
